Jayem Autoparts are a local family run business specialising in filter spares for commercial and plant vehicles. Based in Brecon, they have over 50 years' experience in the trade and stock a wide range of filters for oil, water and hydraulic vehicles.
Jayem had an outdated legacy phone system that was no longer helping the business serve its growing customer base. This was due to poor ADSL connectivity which meant the business couldn’t evolve. They were looking to upgrade the system and utilise more modern features such as mobile apps and voicemail to email coupled with a host of other features that have helped the business on a day-to-day basis.
We carried out a full review of the businesses needs and connected Jayem to a new FTTP (Fibre To The Premises) connection along with a new state of the art phone system which enables the business to host all their telephony in the cloud along with achieving consistent speeds of up to 80Mbps. Which can easily be upgraded to a full Gigabit (1000Mbps) service when required.
