Based in Ystrad Mynach, the traditional heart of furniture making and upholstery in Wales, New Look Upholstery, founded in 1980, offer reupholstery and recovery of sofas, chairs, headboards, footstools and more for domestic customers. They also make bespoke Designs and contract seating for all booth and banquette seating plus recovery of existing seating.

The problem

The existing legacy telephone was not working and unsupported. Extensions throughout the building were also not working, meaning calls were missed, with no path to remedy, without investment.

The solution

Following a strategic review and site visit, we proposed a new hosted telephone solution that future-proofed New Look Upholstery's needs. New Look Upholstery now have instant access to call logs, easy mange call forwarding and access to answer calls throughout the building.
